Our Team

The OutFront Prevention team is made up of experienced consultants that have worked in industry before joining our firm. Each consultant has a diverse background, but with safety and risk management being a common core specialty for each. Our consultants have vast experience in heavy manufacturing, construction, engineering, maritime, oil & gas, agriculture, retail, education, and healthcare.

Matthew Graham – Managing Director; Environmental, Health & Safety

Matthew has years experience in complex environmental, health, safety and facilities management and leadership. His industry expertise includes heavy manufacturing in the automotive and aerospace fields.
 

Matthew assists clients with project management from conception to design to implementation. He designs and leads programs that promote best-of-class safety, quality, and environmental stewardship while increasing workforce engagement and accountability, specializes in finding complex regulatory and legal solutions, including agency mediation.

Matthew has earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and general science and a Master of Science in health promotion from Mississippi State University. He is an authorized OSHA 501 Trainer (10-hour and 30-hour General Industry), OSHA 5400 Trainer (10-hour and 30-hour Maritime), NIMS Compliant Incident Commander, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (RAB Accredited).

Jim Cooley – Senior Consultant; Health & Safety

Jim has more than years experience in the safety field, most recently serving as Compliance Assistance Specialist with OSHA. He promoted OSHA’s cooperative programs, training opportunities, and tools available to help employers prevent and reduce workplace fatalities, illnesses and injuries. Prior to this position, he worked with the State of Montana Department of Labor, Safety Bureau conducting safety audits. Jim is also retired from the U.S. Army with 21 years of active duty, and he graduated from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health..

Stacy Stepp – Senior Consultant; Health, Safety, 6-Sigma & Lean Manufacturing

Stacy brings over years of industry and training experience to our firm, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. During his 12-year tenure at a well known tire manufacturer, Stacy served a diverse production population in various safety capacities including; environmental permitting and reporting, health and safety management, quality management and ERP coordination. As an OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour outreach trainer, Stacy taught health and safety topics at Itawamba Community College in Fulton, Mississippi, for three years through workforce development and continuing education programs.

He earned his master’s degree in health education and promotion from Mississippi State University and his bachelor’s degree in biological science from the University of Mississippi.

Hunt Guyton – Senior Consultant; Health & Safety

Hunt has years of combined experience in safety and production related positions. Prior to joining our firm, Hunt worked in a management position at an industrial supplier, where he managed workflows, employee training, and hose assembly. Hunt also has safety and production experience as an intern with a tier 1 supplier for Mercedes-Benz and Ford Automotive. He graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Raina Cofer – Senior Consultant; Environmental, Health & Safety

Raina is a highly motivated professional with more than years of experience in maintaining compliance with the environmental, health, and safety regulations while continuing to focus on injury prevention, OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), emergency preparedness, and sustainability improvements. Her industry expertise includes environmental multi-media permit writing for Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and environmental, health and safety leader for a Fortune 500 aerospace company. Raina earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University. She is a certified behavioral base safety instructor and a TRUE (Total Resource Use and Efficiency) advisor

Danny Michaels – Senior Consultant; Fire Protection, Property & Business Continuity

 

Danny brings more than years of Property Loss Prevention experience, specializing in fire protection and safety, loss prevention program development and training, business continuity planning, along with natural hazard preparedness and protection best practices. A very broad range of experience exists and includes but not limited to heavy manufacturing, forestry and wood products, large municipalities, healthcare, automotive and aircraft manufacturing, retail, warehouse and distribution, textiles, plastic products, beverage and food products, metal working, and electronic data processing. Danny earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection and Safety Technology from Oklahoma State University.
