Determination of risk is heavily reliant upon open communication between our consultants and clients. It is during this time we want to hear about concerns and challenges that may create unwanted opportunities for losses. Through transparent collaboration, we will assist in developing a disciplined, achievable risk prevention plan that is prioritized based upon data and perceived risk. During our time with clients, we seek to understand leading indicators of risk, whether it may be in the area of safety and workers’ compensation, property and fire protection, or general liability. We understand that the greatest assets are those of our clients’ employees. We take their safety and health seriously to help provide proactive initiatives to keep them safe and healthy. This philosophy also applies to locations where our clients have customers or consumers that could be subjected to risk and follow disciplined approaches to apply life safety codes for their protection, as well as our clients’ liability exposures.

Our model considers the requirements our clients must meet to maintain compliance with state and federal statutory requirements. Frequently working with regulatory agencies, we stay abreast of ever-changing requirements and communicate these with our clients. However, our support goes beyond front line communications and embodies onsite risk prevention assessments to assist in measuring the efficacy of written management programs and training. Through these assessments, we provide information to our clients regarding where we can assist them further through specific and structured recommendations. In a similar fashion, when third-parties such as insurance carriers or regulatory agencies perform risk inspections, we will assist our clients in understanding requirements for a resolution to recommendations imposed during these inspections, and if necessary, provide supporting information to third-parties as needed to support our clients.
